The Polish and Hungarian citizens were, in some cases, forced to move to America if they want to live a better life. The reasons for these people to move were for religeous beliefs or because they were prosecuted in their own country. Other reasons were to make a better living and gain more money for their family and themselves. The last reason was to escape conscription (being forced into the military) because they had other dreams other than fighting.

The reason the Polish/Hungarian immigranted to America is the German was treating them as if the were Jews, some of the Polish/Hungarians were Jews but not all of them were. Another reason the Polish/Hungarian immigrated to America was their food source or supply was diminishing Mostly because of the German but not completely. Another reason the Polish/Hungarian was partly because of World war 1 and 2 which was happening at the time they were immigration.

The polish and hungarian people came in cargo ships the the United States. They didnt like what their lifestyles were like so they came over to the United states hoping that their time there will be better than it was. the cargo ships came through the Atlantic ocean and they entered Ellis Island.

A lot of the hardships that the Polish and Hungarian people had to endure had to do with there trip to America. They trip to America was very harsh because they were so cramped that they couldnt turn around, their sanitaion was terrible, and they could get split up from there family very easily. Their country always persecuted these citizens for their personal belief, and also they didn't have many open jobs and none that payed well.

Polish/Hungarain impacted the America culture with their Polka festivals. Impacted the Catholic reliogn with their prominent Polish/Hungarian influence, and the "Polish/Hungarain Pope."
The part of the polish/hungarian culture that became part og the Amercian cultutre was their music such as polka and another thing that moved into the culture was their amazing goulash Soup. their contributations to america are these things.

When the polish/hungarian people came to the united states they settled into the farming county and they took a low paying job and lived in crowded dwellings just so that they can feed their children and themselves.
